WINDOWS XP Best Before 8 April 2014 - Bakal Expired Pada 8 April 2014

Tidak bermakna pengguna tidak boleh guna XP. Anda boleh terus menggunakan jika anda mahu, tetapi tidak digalakkan.

Akhir hayat bermakna Microsoft tidak akan memberikan ‘update windows’ ‘security update’ dan  apa-apa lagi kepada pengguna .

Katanya ramai “Die-Hard Fan’  XP sinis terhadap berita ini. Mereka berfikir Microsoft cuba untuk memaksa orang membeli komputer baru. Microsoft ni tahu nak buat duit saja, jadi dia tidak mahu orang ramai untuk menaik taraf.  

Kata Microsoft, ini bukanlah sesuatu yang istimewa untuk XP.

Microsoft telah melakukan perkara yang sama dengan Windows 95, 98 dan Me. Tarikh Akhir Hayat Vista adalah 11 April 2017 dan Windows 7 adalah pada 14 Jan, 2020. Malah, Microsoft telah melanjutkan akhir hayat  XP untuk beberapa kali dan  sepatutnya telah tamat pada tahun lalu.

Berikut adalah satu fakta yang menyeronokkan: XP pertama kali muncul pada akhir tahun 2001. Dan Berakhir 2010 di mana, komputer baharu  diinstall XP. Windows Vista, yang tiba 6 tahun selepas XP, hanya bertahan sehingga 2011. Ada juga yang PC didatangkan dengan Vista diberi pilihan ‘downgrade’ kepada XP kerana permintaan pengguna.

Jika anda berfikir tentang hal itu, XP akan berusia hampir 13 tahun. Seperti seorang remaja, ia menghadapi masalah menyesuaikan diri dengan dunia baharu. Walaupun di upgrade dengan Service Pack 3, XP  tidak tersedia untuk zaman moden.

Ia hilang ciri-ciri keselamatan utama yang diperkenalkan dalam Windows Vista. Ia tidak boleh menyokong  ‘driver’ untuk peralatan/perkakasan terkini.

Ia menjadi semakin mengecewakan untuk pelanggan.Manakala mudah bagi syarikat-syarikat pihak ketiga seperti pengeluar  software & hardware hanya buang sokongan terhadap XP kerana  Ia memerlukan banyak masa dan wang untuk membuat program sokongan untuk  setiap versi Windows.

Ini juga memberi kesan kepada Internet. Pembangun laman web akan gembira kerana  versi Internet Explorer  dalam XP dari versi 6, 7 dan 8 sampailah  seterusnya. versi  yang begitu jauh di belakang pelayar yang lain. Walaupun google chrome, mozilla ada tapi sesetengah web hanya membenarkan Internet Explorer.

Ia akan menjadi satu perubahan yang serius untuk ramai orang. Dalam kebanyakan kes ia akan bermakna sebuah komputer baru, perisian dinaik taraf dan mungkin aksesori baru seperti pencetak dan pengimbas.

Dan ada satu masalah yang lebih besar.

Saya rasakan Hayat Windows 7 boleh bertahan lebih lama. Walaupun sekarang didatangkan dengan windows 8, ramai pengguna belum serasi dengan windows 8 kerana paparan terlalu jauh bezanya dengan versi sebelum windows 8.

Paparan antara muka  windows 8 yang bertujuan untuk tablet skrin sentuh dan tidak berfungsi dengan baik dengan keyboard &  mouse. Malah, mencari Desktop dan butang Start ibarat “permaianan mencari Harta Karun”.

XP Die Hard Fan – “boleh je guna XP takder mender bro.. ala stakat antivirus apa lah sangat, orang  kurang pandai IT  je klik file virus”

Cepat atau lambat, pengguna XP satu hari nanti akan menukar juga kepada sistem operasi terkini dari faktor perkakasan seperti printer, scanner, flash drive dan lain perkakasan tidak dapat berfungsi dengan XP.

1.  Look for photos in the profile.If there is only one photo of the individual in the whole profile it makes it quite clear that the account is fake.

 2. Look for status updates,wall posts and comments.If the user hasn’t updated a status for quite a long time and hasn’t been involved in any wall posting or commenting of other statuses,it means that the profile is likely to be fake.

3. Look at the recent activities.If it is that the user has just been adding randomers and making new friends,and that there are no pages liked or groups joined,it suggests that the user is determined in jst adding people and hence the profile is fake.

4. Check out the friend list.If found that maximum of the friends are of the opposite gender,it can be assumed that the profile is used either for fun or for random dating.

5. Check the info.If found that there is no ideal links given regarding school or education institutions or workplace and that the user is looking for dating and interested in both men and women,it shows signs of fakeness.

6. Check the birthdate.Birth dates like 1/1/XX…..or……31/12/XX are common between fake accounts as it is quite unique and easy to type in.

7. Fake profiles of girls usually have a contact no. in their info. Lets face it,girls harldy will have their contact no. in public.So watch out if the user exposes info that is unlikely for general users to unveil in public.

8. Look out for recent wall posts,if u see loads of people asking…’THANKS FOR THE ADD….DO I KNOW YOU’……and yet the psots remains unanswered…it is bound to be a fake one.

9. Look for common tarits used in facebook,like.using applications such as farmville,pet society etc….and adding siblings.If these traits are not found among the user, the profile is highly inactive or fake.This point can’t single handedly prove the fakeness,however this will be a supporting clue along with other points.

10. If you are quite certain about the profile’s fakeness,and want to be absolutely sure, try browsing google for some random profile pictues. Fake profile pictures are usually selected frm google and while browsing through it,you might as well come upon the picture the user chose for the fake account.

So this was a minor summary of points to note while detecting a fake account on facebook.Thus beware of suck fake accounts which may lead to privacy dilemmas or likewise.Hope you people like the article and it benefits you in case you try to detect any suck profile
